Auro Industries Limited is an AURO Group Company catering to the ever growing domestic and international network, with focus on supplier and exporter of industrial air pollution control equipment. Over the years, AIL has built a strong clientele across power utilities, metallurgical plants, cement plants amongst others. AIL in its endeavour to support major Electrostatic Precipitator OEMs’ have built a portfolio that can support the demands of varied designs & profiles.

The factory is located within 2 hours of Kolkata, India City centre with access to National Highway and approximately 50 Kms from Kolkata Sea Port & 90 Kms from Haldia Sea Port.

Journey Of Our Company

Auro Group in its journey of past three decades has seen continual growth with every passing year. Starting from humble beginning , AURO stands to achieve a turn-over of INR 200 Cr with a strong focus in gaining new heights in its core business areas.

1991
Auro Enterprise was founded in the year 1991 by Shri Madhusudan Goenka in Kolkata, West Bengal, primarily as a trading company for foundry flex and ferrous and non ferrous- alloys.
1995
Auro Industries Limited was incorporated taking over the trading business and steadily expanded into importing of electrostatic precipitator (ESP) components and exporting essential parts for the battery industry.
2012
Auro Impex & Chemicals Pvt Ltd as a subsidiary of the Group was established and a state of the art manufacturing facility was built . The company is engaged in air pollution control equipment and fabrication.
2020
Auro Industries ventured into wholesale distributorship of tyres using their established network of suppliers and clients across India
2023
Auro Impex & Chemicals Limited became a listed company with NSE. A new High Frequency Transformer Rectifier (HFTR) manufacturing unit has been envisioned and planned & shall be ready for operation by end of the year
